Basic problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships including carriers, vendors, customs brokers, and sales/support teams in an export logistics environment.
Strong operational ownership with ability to independently manage customer accounts following 'one file, one operator' approach.
Familiarity with air freight industry regulations including customs, tariff laws, and cargo handling practices.
