Structured overview of role & requirements
About This Role
- Lead design, development, and execution of functional and regression tests across Finacle 11X modules: CRM, Core Banking, and Payments.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using Selenium with Java or Playwright with Node.js to ensure high-quality, automation-driven coverage.
- Validate end-to-end banking operations like account opening, loan origination, and payment processing, including API and integration testing within Agile delivery cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of software testing experience with substantial hands-on Finacle testing in live banking environments.
- Proficient with Selenium Java or Playwright Node.js automation frameworks and API testing (SOAP/REST).
- Strong domain knowledge in Assets and Liabilities banking products, including loans and deposits workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex Finacle projects covering multiple modules (CRM, Core Banking, Payments) rather than a narrow focus.
- Capable of building and extending automation frameworks, indicating deep technical expertise beyond script execution.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in fast-paced banking technology transformation programs.
