About This Role
- Elicit and document business and data flow requirements engaging with product owners, stakeholders, and technical teams ensuring alignment and feasibility.
- Translate complex business requirements into technically feasible solutions using data analytics and AI-enabled tools with validation of AI outputs.
- Conduct data analysis and support architecture design, governance, and technical documentation aligned to business strategy.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or related field.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI tools for requirements synthesis and solution validation with strong data sensitivity awareness.
- Proficiency in Payments domain testing including defining requirements, documenting user stories/test scripts, and automated test execution using tools like Cucumber/Gherkin, Java, Selenium or similar.
- Strong technical writing skills and advanced data visualization expertise with approved tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business and technical teams leveraging AI-enabled analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Skilled in Payments domain with hands-on expertise in test automation and Business Driven / Test Driven Development methodologies.
- Capable of independently managing complex issues, providing clear technical communication to diverse stakeholder levels, and accelerating testing processes.
