About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable front-end solutions using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes within teams.
- Lead and mentor teams, manage software engineering practices, and implement scalable cloud-native, microservices-based applications aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of applied experience with formal training or certification in software engineering.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript with React and familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and pre-compilers like Sass or LESS.
- Experience leading use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and understanding responsible AI usage in engineering workflows.
- Experience in agile methodologies and full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
