About This Role
- Own delivery of all projects within the Circle ensuring timelines agreed with management and customers are met.
- Lead planning and coordination of resources, tools, and processes in adherence to Ericsson and customer guidelines, including material dispatch and site management.
- Conduct governance meetings, manage customer escalations, cost control, and compliance with Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), data security, and privacy rules.
Minimum Requirements
- 15 to 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with hands-on deployment experience.
- Proven experience in project and resource planning, customer management including handling escalations, and governance meetings with Project Managers and customers.
- Knowledge and experience in Quality checks, RSA, OHS compliance.
- Local candidates from Kerala preferred; Work Experience Required: 15 to 24 years in telecommunications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-site telecommunications projects with end-to-end ownership of planning, execution, and customer relations.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams including field engineers and warehouse teams to ensure on-time project delivery and quality compliance.
- Capable of operational leadership involving cost control, compliance adherence, and audit processes within a structured governance framework.
