About This Role
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Verified communications solutions portfolio aligned with company goals.
- Deliver high-quality products on time to meet business revenue targets in the enterprise communications domain.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and act as voice of the customer to continuously improve product offerings and market fit.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years total work experience with at least 5-7 years in product management.
- Experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, or UCaaS ecosystems, or contact centre management solutions for business; mobile consumer app experience is a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, workflow management, and pricing/monetization strategies.
- Work Experience Required: 8-10 years overall, 5-7 years in product management.

- Demonstrated ability to influence multiple cross-functional teams including sales and customer success without formal authority.
- Experienced in building and scaling communication product lines with measurable business impact (10-100 growth phase).
