About This Role
- Own the team backlog end-to-end, ensuring it is prioritized, well-defined, and aligned with product strategy to drive execution.
- Act as the customer proxy by balancing customer needs with business and stakeholder expectations across product development and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and System Architects to translate product vision into actionable stories, guiding the team through planning and execution cycles.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or Agile delivery roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) with proven skills in writing user stories and acceptance criteria using BDD principles.
- Experience prioritizing backlogs using value-based frameworks such as Cost of Delay (CoD) or WSJF.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management and delivery tracking.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in balancing multiple stakeholder perspectives while focusing the team on highest-value outcomes in Agile environments.
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of customer needs, business priorities, and technical execution within scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
- Capable of applying design thinking and Lean UX practices to align solution design with user-centric outcomes and continuous improvement cycles.
