Experience working with HR lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, promotion, leaver) and payroll inputs or bulk data uploads preferred.
Comfortable working across time zones and with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Ability to build simple dashboards/reports using Excel or basic BI tools and demonstrated continuous improvement mindset.
