About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven software projects, including architecture, implementation, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Design, build, and evolve AI systems using LLMs, agentic AI architectures, and MCP-style orchestration for production environments.
- Own modernization of legacy systems and deliver scalable microservices and APIs aligned with business needs, while mentoring engineers and setting technical standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience with proven ownership of large, complex systems.
- Expert proficiency in C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core, with hands-on experience in AI-driven systems and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server), microservices architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
