Mandatory skills: Client-facing and stakeholder management, solution architecture, deep Manufacturing & SCM domain expertise, integration experience with Finance, MES, PLM, WMS, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery.
Work Experience Required: 10-12 years in ERP with 6+ years in D365 F&O SCM.
Experienced in leading global rollout programs and complex transformations in Manufacturing and Industrial sectors.
Strong consulting orientation with ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders and lead pre-sales engagements.
Hands-on with integration scenarios across ERP and manufacturing execution systems and adept at Agile delivery and team mentoring.
