About This Role
- Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA project management including implementation, migration, and application support (AMS).
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes adhering to ITIL standards, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
- Lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, track project progress, and deliver structured updates to customers under tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP Project Management including implementations and AMS support.
- Formal education: Minimum 10+ years of schooling.
- Proven hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA architecture and support landscape with expertise in at least one SAP module (MM, SD, FI, PP, or EWM).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing SAP lifecycle phases: development, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support including cutover activities.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, translating business needs into SAP solutions and optimizing existing integrations.
- Certified SAP Activate Project Manager or equivalent with ability to manage multi-plant rollout projects and high-pressure support situations.
