About This Role
- End-to-end ownership of complex product initiatives across Go backend microservices and React frontend interfaces.
- Drive technical and product decisions for building scalable, reliable systems and proactively solve bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to translate ambiguous customer and business problems into scalable solutions with measurable impact.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience with production-grade application delivery at scale.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Go (Golang), microservices design, concurrency, and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Practical experience with React.js and JavaScript for frontend development.
- Experience with high-volume databases (MongoDB, MySQL), message brokers (Kafka or RabbitMQ), and caching (Redis).

- Technically autonomous engineer with a builder and owner mindset focused on proactive problem-solving and pragmatic decisions.
- Experience operating in high-complexity, high-throughput backend environments combined with solid full-stack capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and curiosity to apply AI/LLM capabilities to improve developer productivity and product outcomes.
