Demonstrated ability to govern complex projects involving cross-functional stakeholders including PMs, coordinators, instructional designers, QA, vendors, and business teams.
Strong operational discipline with skills in risk management, estimation, financial governance, and analytics-driven project planning.
Experience in shared services or vendor-partnered delivery models and familiarity with L&D content development processes and standards.
