Proficient in performance tuning, monitoring (using tools like Percona Monitoring and Management or Oracle Enterprise Manager), and disaster recovery planning.
Strategic fit includes hands-on cloud database management, automation using Infrastructure as Code, and strong collaboration with internal IT and external partners in fast-paced environments.
