1–2 years of relevant consulting, research, policy or related experience including socio-economic analysis, impact assessment or economic appraisal.
Working understanding of UK/Irish EIA and consenting regimes (e.g. DCO, Section 36, TCPA) and/or international frameworks such as IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles.
Familiarity with socio-economic assessment tools and datasets (e.g., Nomis, ONS/NRS/NISRA/CSO, Welsh IMD) and quantitative analysis skills including Excel; knowledge of HM Treasury Green Book principles desirable.
Experience contributing to EIA/ESIA socio-economic chapters and social impact assessments in infrastructure, energy, or extractives sectors, indicating familiarity with complex regulatory environments.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to quality and deadlines in a global consulting delivery hub environment collaborating across regions and disciplines.
Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills with capability to translate complex socio-economic data into clear, defensible insights for regulators, clients, and communities.
