About This Role
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for services and software subscription offers integrating HPE and Juniper portfolios across quote, order, fulfillment, entitlement, and renewal.
- Design and document subscription data models, product structures, and integration patterns for CPQ, order management, entitlement, billing, and asset management systems on the unified Lead-to-Cash (L2C) platform.
- Lead architectural decision-making, guide migration of legacy subscription/support contracts onto the unified platform, and support build and test teams as the design authority in a large-scale global transformation program.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of enterprise solution or application architecture experience; at least 5 years focused on Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, order management, or subscription billing platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in architecting services and software subscription offers (SaaS, term license, consumption-based, support/services contracts) at enterprise scale.
- Hands-on delivery experience with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Zuora, or equivalent subscription/order management systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale transformation programs including ERP/CRM migration, legacy data migration, and post-merger integration.
- Strong knowledge of subscription commercial models and quote-to-cash processes with ability to translate business complexity into scalable platform architecture.
- Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization with onshore/offshore teams and influencing diverse stakeholders including executives and business leaders.
