Demonstrated experience in architecting services and software subscription offers (SaaS, term license, consumption-based, support/services contracts) at enterprise scale.
Hands-on delivery experience with platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, Zuora, or equivalent subscription/order management systems.
Experienced in large-scale transformation programs including ERP/CRM migration, legacy data migration, and post-merger integration.
Strong knowledge of subscription commercial models and quote-to-cash processes with ability to translate business complexity into scalable platform architecture.
Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization with onshore/offshore teams and influencing diverse stakeholders including executives and business leaders.
