About This Role
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient Oracle Fusion technical solutions and oversee integrations with external applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to offshore development and functional teams, supporting implementations, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications and solution architecture.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud, preferably in Financials, Procurement, SCM, HCM, or PPM modules.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Fusion integrations.
- Location: Offshore (India) required; Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience managing offshore teams and collaborating with global stakeholders in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Deep technical knowledge across Oracle Fusion Cloud tools including VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Composer, Groovy scripting, and cloud architecture (OCI).
- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jira to support Oracle Fusion implementations and upgrades.
