About This Role
- Provide business leaders with key insights, recommendations, and actionable analytics to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain metrics, models, reports, and forecasts using SQL and Power BI to measure and predict business performance.
- Manage cross-functional projects, map business processes to data flows, and identify operational efficiency improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence.
- Highly proficient in SQL; experience with Power BI for 2+ years; familiarity with R or Python is a plus.
- Experience in exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, root cause analysis, forecasting, and metric definition.
