Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering is mandatory.
3 to 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Operations, or related engineering services.
Hands-on knowledge required of MEP Systems, HVAC, UPS, DG, STP/WTP, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, CMMS/CAFM tools, and statutory compliance.
Additional certifications in BMS, Fire & Safety, Energy Management, or ISO/EHS desirable but not mandatory.
Experience managing technical facility operations in corporate, IT/ITES, industrial, or commercial environments with exposure to MEP systems and critical utilities.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain high equipment uptime and compliance standards.
Comfortable operating as a primary technical contact with strong organizational skills for project, audit, and budget management.
