Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of EV/Hybrid technology is an advantage.
Experienced in managing aftersales operations at scale within automotive OEMs, including dealer network management and Aftersales P&L ownership.
Strong capability in analyzing dealer and service metrics to implement performance improvement plans and incentive programs.
Comfortable working in a dynamic dealer environment with frequent travel and hands-on operational involvement in the southern Indian market.
