About This Role
- Manage employee lifecycle transactions and contingent worker data in Workday for regions including APAC, MEA, and India, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Act as escalation point for HR managers, collaborate with HR and business leaders, and support payroll reconciliation and statutory compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, supporting Workday testing and mass data uploads, and participating in HR Shared Services projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
- 4-5 years progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday, and familiarity with a ticketing system like ServiceNow.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups).

- Experienced in managing HR operations across multiple countries within APAC, MEA, and India in complex enterprises.
- Operates with strong process acumen, problem-solving skills, and customer service orientation in an HR Shared Services model.
