Experienced leader in HR operations with demonstrated ability to manage multi-country teams and complex payroll and employee lifecycle processes across APAC.
Skilled in driving HR process standardization, service excellence, and transformation initiatives leveraging technology and continuous improvement methods.
Proven capability to build strategic partnerships across HR functions and business stakeholders to influence outcomes and manage escalations effectively.
