About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, high-performance enterprise platforms with full-stack and AI/ML architectures.
- Drive enterprise architecture strategy including system design, integrations, CI/CD, DevOps, and performance optimization.
- Mentor engineering teams, establish best practices, and collaborate with stakeholders on solution architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 to 12 years total experience with minimum 8 years in Infrastructure Architect or similar role.
- 6+ years software development experience; minimum 5 years in architect or senior technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python, backend systems, full-stack development (React or similar), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with AI/ML systems, RAG pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and system scalability design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale system design with strong background in distributed microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Proven leadership in mentoring technical teams and driving architecture governance and standards.
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML platform engineering including RAG, LLMs, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks.
