About This Role
- Own design, development, and maintenance of Python-based test automation frameworks for cloud security products.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues including recreating production problems and providing workarounds.
- Integrate automated test APIs into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate across teams to enhance product debug features.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience building Python automation frameworks (preferably PyTest) for API, protocol, and system testing.
- Experience with browser automation tools (Playwright/Selenium) and integrating synthetic identities and MFA for testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) and cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Helm, Terraform).
- Hands-on knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS/TLS protocols, network debugging tools (tcpdump, Wireshark), and foundational AI/ML concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building scalable test automation in complex microservices/cloud security environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping) and Zero Trust Network Access concepts is a plus.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments requiring cross-team collaboration and ownership of end-to-end customer impact.
