About This Role
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3–5 product designers.
- Drive UX vision and execution for a platform producing enterprise workplace productivity and analytics products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally from strategic planning to tactical execution, including design systems development and user-centric culture promotion.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
- Minimum 3 years managing or leading design teams.
- Experience integrating AI in work processes or product design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, and rapid prototyping tools such as Axure or Framer.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise product domains such as IT Security Management, IT Operations Management, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, or Finance & Legal.
- Capable of distilling complex problems into clear design solutions and leading iterative agile UX projects.
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced, multi-functional teams with strong communication skills and a focus on UX excellence.
