Strong knowledge of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance; experience with Workday API/web services.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience with structured project methodology (PMM or similar).
Experienced in complex configurations and integrations between Workday HR/Payroll systems and third-party solutions, including knowledge of dormakaba Bcomm time clocks.
Proven ability to lead testing cycles, UAT, defect management, and provide mentorship or coaching to junior team members.
Comfortable working independently with strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders.
