About This Role
- Lead and develop India-based Corporate Finance Technology team supporting SAP RTR, Tax, Treasury, and Workday Time & Pay platforms.
- Oversee technology strategy, solution architecture, large-scale project delivery, and operational excellence for Finance technology functions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business priorities and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10 to 12 years progressive IT experience focused on Finance systems and applications.
- Minimum 5 years people management experience leading technology teams.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration, and Workday Time & Pay solutions required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership managing large-scale Finance technology programs and support organizations in global environments.
- Expertise in enterprise application architecture, integration (APIs, middleware, cloud) and compliance (IFRS, US GAAP, controls).
- Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, drive innovation and operational efficiency, and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
