Experienced in managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational activities across multiple regions, demonstrating strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in leveraging technology, AI, and workflow automation for process improvement and operational efficiency.
Comfortable working in global and virtual teams, balancing multiple priorities, and adapting to dynamic business needs.
