About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering and documentation for migrating a legacy IGA platform to Saviynt, including defining business and functional requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, security, compliance, application, and technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solution designs.
- Support migration activities including testing, defect resolution, validation, operating procedures, and organizational change related to Identity Governance and Administration.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management focusing on governance, compliance, and lifecycle management.
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst specifically in Identity Governance and Administration programs.
- Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud or Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading IGA platform migrations or large-scale implementations with deep understanding of IGA concepts such as joiner, mover, leaver processes, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Skilled in detailed requirements documentation, workshops facilitation, and stakeholder management across business, security, compliance, and technical teams.
- Analytical and operationally oriented to coordinate testing, validation, and readiness activities ensuring compliance and security objectives are met during IGA transformations.
