About This Role
- Manage finished goods planning to meet target service levels within inventory and cost constraints for assigned business portfolio.
- Determine replenishment needs based on demand forecasts and execute timely purchases; resolve supply exceptions using expediting and inventory reallocation.
- Drive key supply chain metrics including OTIF, Back Order, Finished Goods Inventory, and Obsolescence; participate actively in S&OP and new product launches.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or MBA degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business.
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations with a focus on supply planning and inventory management.
- Proficiency in supply chain principles; working knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in supply chain operations.

- Capable of working under pressure with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
