Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Systems Administration or Engineering, with MSP experience highly preferred.
Expert-level skills in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune) and Azure (VMs, VNETs, Azure AD/Entra ID).
Proficiency in virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V including clustering and SAN management.
Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and experience configuring enterprise firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki).
Ideal Candidate Profile
