Experienced in managing multiple diverse client environments within MSP settings, adaptable across varied technical stacks and client cultures.
Comfortable owning end-to-end technical resolution with accountability for high-impact infrastructure and security issues.
Skilled in strategic technology advisory to clients, able to translate technical upgrades into business risk and value terms for executive stakeholders.
