About This Role
- Lead and execute complex infrastructure projects including server migrations, Microsoft 365/Azure migrations, and network overhauls.
- Serve as tier 3 escalation point resolving critical technical issues such as server crashes, networking, and security breaches.
- Maintain and optimize client environments to achieve 99.9% uptime, enforce security standards, and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or Engineering, MSP experience highly preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune) and Azure (VMs, VNETs, Azure AD/Entra ID).
- Proficient with VMware ESXi or Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and experience configuring business-class firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, Cisco Meraki).
