About This Role
- Lead and develop a high-performing software engineering team focused on business-critical content, metadata, and workflow management platforms.
- Drive technical strategy, architecture, roadmap priorities, and operational excellence ensuring scalable, reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management and stakeholders to deliver impactful capabilities that improve efficiency, automation, data quality, and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-15 years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in leading engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical expertise in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, AWS, microservices, distributed systems, APIs, relational and non-relational databases, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Experience in defining architecture, driving technical strategy, and delivering scalable and reliable platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader skilled in managing cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Business, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Strong technical foundation with focus on cloud-native applications, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Background in platform modernization, technology transformation, or content/asset management systems relevant to media or large-scale digital platforms.
