Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred but not strictly mandatory).
Experienced in L2 Windows Server environment with a track record of handling complex incidents and supporting enterprise infrastructure operations.
Proficient in ITIL-aligned operational processes including incident, change, and problem management with a focus on documentation and process adherence.
Able to work in hybrid environment with shift rotations and on-call support, demonstrating strong communication skills for coordination and escalation.
