About This Role
- Define and lead technical architecture and roadmap for NetApp Console SaaS platform including cloud-native service design.
- Own platform reliability, scalability, performance, operational readiness, and cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven operations, observability strategies, and automate self-healing infrastructure to improve efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, platform engineering, SRE, or cloud operations.
- Experience managing SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, operational KPIs, and running cloud capacity planning and cost forecasting.
- Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven senior technical leadership in designing scalable, secure, and resilient cloud SaaS platforms.
- Experience integrating AI and AIOps technologies into DevOps, SRE, and incident response processes.
- Strong background in observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry) and cloud cost management.
