About This Role
- Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Coach and support Agile teams and stakeholders to improve Agile maturity and remove impediments impacting productivity.
- Track and report Agile metrics, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement and Agile transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years IT experience; 3+ years Scrum Master experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in facilitating Agile practices across cross-functional and distributed/global software development teams.
- Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and servant leadership to foster collaboration and continuous delivery.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred, with exposure to Agile transformation and scaling.
