About This Role
- Manage and enhance relationships within the NJ Wealth network in the allocated region to support business growth.
- Collaborate with NJ Sales and Product teams to drive growth and support of Loan Against Salary (LAS), Consumer Loans (CL), and Partner Loans.
- Recruit new Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) as loan partners and conduct product training for both new and existing partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 48 months (4 years) of relevant work experience.
- MBA or PGDM qualification is mandatory.
