Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, network architecture, cloud platforms, containers, and application development methodologies.
Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM with ability to independently lead discovery architecture and CMDB governance initiatives.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical solutions for non-technical business stakeholders and develop long-term roadmaps.
Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams, business users, and vendors while maintaining technical depth and accountability.
