2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
Proficiency with Tally Prime / Tally ERP and working knowledge of GST and TDS.
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in furniture, home interiors, manufacturing, modular furniture, construction, or other project-based industries preferred; factory or procurement-heavy environment experience is an advantage.
Hands-on and independent in managing daily accounting tasks and vendor reconciliations.
Organized and disciplined in documentation and proactively follows up without waiting for instructions.
Comfortable working in factory environment with understanding of project-wise cost tracking and potential to grow into advanced finance roles.
