About This Role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for site hourly employees including requisition processing, job postings, interviewing, evaluating candidates, and onboarding.
- Manage all background checks and drug tests for new hires and represent the organization at recruitment events like job fairs.
- Support day-to-day HR functions for the site such as performance management, compliance, record retention, and assist in monthly HR metrics presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years recruitment experience with at least 1-2 years specifically in international voice process hiring.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and relevant office equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of HR functional areas including recruiting/staffing, policy administration, and benefits/payroll administration.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end recruitment in a dynamic production or contact center environment, specifically involving international voice processes.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities and projects independently with strong judgment and confidentiality.
- Skilled at influencing and maintaining relationships across diverse and global workforces including specialized hiring in healthcare and language support domains.
