About This Role
- Deliver high-quality automation solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, including design, development, testing, and maintenance of bots and process flows.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to meet functional requirements and project timelines.
- Engage in Agile processes, peer reviews, and proactively recommend and implement process improvements to enhance project outcomes and client value.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years of technology consulting experience.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing automation solutions with RPA tools (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Workfusion).
- Strong working knowledge of VB scripting and basic hands-on SQL experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from an accredited university.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end RPA project implementation, including solution design, coding, testing, and deployment in large teams under Agile methodology.
- Skilled at integrating RPA tools with external applications using APIs or DLLs and tuning bot performance.
- Capable of leading individual RPA work streams and collaborating with business and IT teams to translate process designs into technical solutions.
