About This Role
- Own end-to-end development and maintenance of a certified Power BI semantic model and reporting platform supporting multi-market marketing and sales analytics.
- Design, build and optimize the Power BI model (relationships, KPI logic in DAX, incremental refresh, aggregations) to meet strict performance SLAs and support executive decision-making.
- Develop and automate executive-level PDF reporting and implement data quality, anomaly detection, reconciliation, and documentation within the platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years experience in business intelligence or analytics engineering with at least 4 years hands-on production experience in Power BI.
- Expert-level skills in advanced DAX, semantic model design over dimensional warehouses, strong SQL, and cloud data warehouse querying (BigQuery preferred).
- Direct experience with digital analytics data modeling, specifically GA4 event-level data involving nested structures and sessionisation.
- Onsite work location: Kolkata.

- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize complex enterprise-grade Power BI models servicing multi-market, governed analytics platforms with consistent, documented KPI definitions.
- Experience delivering production-critical marketing or sales analytics solutions, capable of translating high-level executive requirements into actionable, performant reports.
- Skilled in Power BI paginated reports automation, performance tuning, and effective stakeholder communication at senior business levels.
