Hands-on experience in hardware interfaces (I²C, SPI, Ethernet, PCIe), hardware bring-up, Uboot bootloader, and use of test equipment like JTAG debuggers.
Experience working with optical domain firmware products and understanding of optical network hardware integration.
Ability to work collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams and contribute to design and architectural decisions.
Familiarity with embedded Linux, RTOS environments (e.g., FreeRTOS, ThreadX), and comfortable with cross-functional collaboration including hardware, FPGA, software, and manufacturing teams.
