About This Role
- Manage end-to-end financial accounting operations including ledger, payables, receivables, and bank reconciliation ensuring timely closings and accurate financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and manufacturing finance including cost analysis to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive compliance with taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and oversee finance team's performance and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, or manufacturing sector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), costing, budgeting, and MIS.
- Experience with plant finance, manufacturing costing, working capital management; Odoo ERP experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with demonstrated ownership of plant/ manufacturing finance and costing operations.
- Proven track record managing compliance, audits, internal controls, and taxation in a manufacturing or chemical-related environment.
- Capable of leading and developing finance teams while driving automation and process improvements in ERP-based finance systems.
