About This Role
- Lead and execute strategic growth initiatives end-to-end to drive revenue and product adoption in generative AI products.
- Design and operate scalable growth systems and data-driven experiments optimizing acquisition to activation funnels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and with leadership to define success metrics, prioritize opportunities, and build growth playbooks from scratch.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-4+ years experience in growth, product, strategy, or operations at fast-paced tech companies, preferably in early-stage or high-growth startups.
- Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree strongly preferred; top-20 university or MBA is a plus.
- Advanced data skills including SQL or Python and familiarity with BI tools and KPI tracking.
- Availability during core U.S. business hours for close collaboration with San Francisco-based team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience owning end-to-end growth initiatives with measurable outcomes in marketplaces, logistics, AI products or similar domains.
- Strong data-driven problem solver with ability to influence cross-functionally and operate autonomously under ambiguity.
- Background in building scalable systems or teams from scratch in fast-growth startup environments, with a high execution quality bar.
