About This Role
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack software systems covering both back-end and front-end coding.
- Write clean, functional code compliant with security and coding standards, perform unit testing and bug resolution.
- Collaborate on technical specifications, assess impact of changes, maintain code repository, and coordinate with testing teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of software development experience; banking exposure preferable.
- Educational qualification: BE/BTech/BSc (all streams)/BCA/MCA or other graduates with NIIT/technical institute certifications.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks including C#, VB.NET, Java, ASP.NET, .Net Core, Python, C++, Ruby, Angular, React, and proficiency with SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
- Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML, jQuery) and understanding of object-oriented programming and test-driven development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in full-stack development including expertise in ReactJS, React Native, or Flutter for web and mobile front-end.
- Proven leadership in delivering large-scale projects and strong understanding of systems design, data structures, design patterns, and clean architecture.
- Experience with microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and integration technologies such as async communication, websockets, and notification systems.
