Technical skills required: knowledge of BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, MDG API framework, Data Replication Framework, and troubleshooting SAP MDG components.
Has proven experience on master data domains Material and Business Partner within SAP MDM & MDG environments.
Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and operational ownership over SAP MDG Change Requests and workflow configurations with ability to independently handle issues.
Comfortable working with ITIL processes and collaborating with end users through ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
