Experienced in managing and troubleshooting high availability enterprise AWS environments supporting both SAP and non-SAP workloads.
Skilled in automation and Infrastructure as Code to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions in a 24x7 support setup.
Capable of handling complex cloud security policies, incident management, root cause analysis, and compliance to security best practices in AWS ecosystems.
