About This Role
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure including EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, and related services focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code using Python, Bash, Ansible, Helm, CloudFormation, and Terraform to support cloud operations.
- Support mission-critical SAP and non-SAP workloads on AWS, ensure high availability, act as L2/L3 escalation for production incidents, and manage security configurations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud operations or infrastructure management.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS services including EC2, EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SNS, SQS, SES, IAM, KMS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and IaC tools like CloudFormation or Terraform.
- Proficient in Linux (RHEL) administration, Windows Server on AWS, scripting (Python, Bash), automation (Ansible, Helm), and networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing and troubleshooting high availability enterprise AWS environments supporting both SAP and non-SAP workloads.
- Skilled in automation and Infrastructure as Code to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions in a 24x7 support setup.
- Capable of handling complex cloud security policies, incident management, root cause analysis, and compliance to security best practices in AWS ecosystems.
