About This Role
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle using Stripe's Contract Lifecycle Management system (Agiloft).
- Serve as primary liaison for internal stakeholders (Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, Finance) to drive supplier contracting processes efficiently and reduce risk.
- Analyze operational data and processes to improve contracting workflows and user experience, including reporting and process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management with a degree in Law or relevant field.
- Strong ability to interpret commercial and legal contract language with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working independently to solve problems and make complex decisions involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and contract analysis tools.
