About This Role
- Design, build, configure, and optimize scalable AI-powered agents and enterprise chatbot solutions integrating with platforms like MoveWorks, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop and manage conversational workflows, AI agent lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, monitoring), and intelligent automation use cases across IT, HR, Finance, and other business functions.
- Integrate AI systems with enterprise platforms using REST APIs, MCP frameworks, A2A architectures, and develop backend services using Python ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development and AI integrations.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise chatbot or AI agent platforms such as MoveWorks or similar.
- Experience integrating systems using REST APIs and authentication mechanisms like OAuth and SAML.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience with Agentic AI architectures and conversational AI design focusing on production-grade, scalable, and reliable enterprise automation solutions.
- Familiarity with AI orchestration platforms, workflow automation frameworks, and enterprise AI governance.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end AI agent delivery including troubleshooting, optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
